Get to Know Your Florida Hospitality Industry Association

The Florida Hospitality Industry Association, a membership organization, serves Florida's hospitality employees while promoting Florida tourism.

In the State of Florida there are over 1,000,000 people employed in the hospitality industry with almost 75% of these workers earning less than $25,000 per year. These employees are the backbone of our industry and ensure that our visitors have the best experience possible.

The Florida Hospitality Industry Association was established to provide members Statewide Membership Discounts, Advocacy Programs, Volunteer Opportunities, and Special Events along with Educational & Customer Service Programs.

Statewide Discounts:

By offering discounts not available to the general public, Florida HIA's goal is to enable all participating hospitality employees the ability to afford and experience all that our beautiful state of Florida has to offer.

Advocacy Programs:

The Florida HIA is a means of communication to industry workers for issues that arise with Government regulations that can be detrimental to the growth of our industry. Information will be passed on to members to create awareness for important issues and to create opportunities so that your voice can be heard.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteer programs will be updated on the Florida HIA Events' page to give members the opportunity to give back to their community.

Education and Customer Service Programs:

Educational seminars, training workshops, and customer service programs about the latest industry topics will be made available to members and partners.
