Serving Florida's Hospitality Employees
as We Promote Florida Tourism
The Florida Hospitality Industry Association (Florida HIA) is a membership organization for people working in the hospitality industry, created to serve Florida's hospitality employees by connecting the tourism industry businesses with the employees who service our guests.
By offering our members discounts to local attractions, sponsoring local events with our partners, and promoting the hospitality industry in Florida, our members learn, grow and develop their knowledge about Florida's #1 industry.
The goal of the association is to provide discount services to its members but to also provide: Advocacy Programs, Volunteer Opportunities, Educational and Customer Service Programs. Florida HIA promises to help members to become knowledgeable of our great state as they share their experiences with their friends and visitors to promote tourism in Florida.
